In this role, you’ll conduct technical audits, align client systems with best practices, and provide strategic recommendations that drive operational excellence. Works closely with Client Care, Professional Services, and vCIO teams to deliver superior outcomes.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform technical audits and onboarding assessments for clients.
- Schedule and complete technical alignment visits.
- Review support desk records to identify trends and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with clients to explain audit findings and recommendations.
- Maintain and optimize MyITProcess auditing application.
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to appropriate teams.
Skills & Knowledge
- 4+ years in IT industry with technical solution delivery experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, networking, firewalls, and cloud solutions (Office 365, Azure).
- Experience in technical audits and client alignment processes.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
