Responsibilities

    Financial Management & Reporting

    Prepare and deliver consolidated financial statements for all entities.
    Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and accounting standards.
    Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
     
    Invoice Processing:

    Invoice:
    time entries,
    recurring services
    Software

    Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable (AR/AP)
    Manage AR/AP functions across all businesses.
    Reconciliation of bank accounts
    Debt collection and recovery
    Implement robust controls to optimize cash flow and minimize risk.
     
    Payroll Administration
    Supervise payroll processing for all entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    Maintain compliance with employment and tax regulations.
     
    Budgeting & Forecasting
    Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
    Provide variance analysis and actionable insights to the CEO and leadership team.
     
    Compliance & Governance
    Ensure adherence to tax obligations, audit requirements, and corporate governance standards.
    Liaise with external auditors, accountants and regulatory bodies.
     
    Process Improvement & Systems
    Drive automation and efficiency in financial processes.
    Oversee accounting system enhancements.

    • CPA/CA qualified with extensive experience in multi-entity financial management.
    • Strong experience with XERO accounting package
    • Strong knowledge of Australian accounting standards and tax regulations.
    • Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
    • Strategic thinker with attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage complexity across diverse business units.
    • High integrity and commitment to organisational values.
