We are seeking a highly skilled Automation, AI & Software Developer to join our innovative technology team. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyse business challenges, build automated workflows, and deploy advanced AI/ML models that support organisational growth and digital transformation.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyse business challenges, build automated workflows, and deploy advanced AI/ML models that support organisational growth and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build automation workflows to eliminate manual work.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to automate configurations, processes, and daily workflows.
- Build and deliver automation and platform solutions for external clients.
- Create API-driven integrations between systems, tools, and third‑party services.
- Build automation using n8n, low-code platforms, and custom code.
- Develop client-facing systems such as portals, dashboards, and workflow applications.
- Use AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency, decision-making, and service delivery.
- Work daily in a Linux-heavy environment (strong CLI skills required).
- Containerize and deploy services using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Build dashboards and operational visibility using Power BI and Grafana.
- Collaborate across teams to convert pain points into technical solutions.
- Ensure systems are built with security-by-design alongside the CISO.
- Write clear documentation for maintainability.
Skills & Qualifications
- Required
- Solid experience in automation, software development, or platform engineering.
- Strong Linux experience (non‑negotiable).
- Proven experience deploying and running workloads using Docker & Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of APIs and systems integration.
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders, understand problems, and design solutions.
- Practical mindset—focus on reliability, security, and maintainability.
- Nice to Have
- Experience in an MSP or infrastructure-heavy environment.
- Hypervisor experience (VMware, Proxmox, Hyper-V, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven workflows or automation.
- Experience building client-facing portals or platforms.
- Familiarity with monitoring or observability tools.
