The role requires a good understanding of server environments, network infrastructure, firewalls, cloud platforms, and unified communications—especially in an MSP context where responsiveness, precision, and professionalism directly impact client outcomes.
Daily activities include troubleshooting Windows Server environments, administering Active Directory and Microsoft 365, managing firewall and network changes, supporting 3CX deployments, and resolving escalated Level2 tickets. Discipline in ticket management, communication, and documentation is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Windows Server administration, patching, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
- Virtualization support (Hyper-V)
- Microsoft365administrationandtenantmanagement
- Firewall configuration, rule changes, VPN setup
- 3CX configuration, provisioning, troubleshooting
- Backup monitoring and remediation
- Cloud services support including Azure
- Execute scheduled maintenance
- End-to-end management of assigned tickets
- Maintain real-time documentation
- Assist or leading project work
