About The Role

We’re looking for a Finance Operations Analyst to support the day-to-day financial engine of our business. This is a highly operational role responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, performing regular reconciliations, and ensuring data remains consistent across systems and entities, allowing the leadership and finance teams to rely on timely insights.


You’ll report directly to the the CFO, and work closely with the Finance Business Partner and cross-functional operational teams to maintain strong financial hygiene across all regions. This includes preparing recurring financial schedules, identifying and escalating discrepancies early, maintaining clean datasets, and supporting core finance processes that enable leadership to make informed decisions.


You will also contribute to financial modelling by updating templates, maintaining assumptions, and preparing scenario outputs - ensuring models stay accurate, structured, and up to date.

What You'll Own

  • Perform regular reconciliations across bank accounts, payment processors, business platforms, and accounting systems
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly financial schedules
  • Validate data inputs, surface discrepancies early, and escalate issues where needed
  • Maintain accurate datasets to support reporting and leadership insights
  • Update financial modelling templates, maintain assumptions, and prepare scenario outputs
  • Respond to ad-hoc data requests from leadership
  • Help define, document, and maintain SOPs for finance processes
  • Track operational finance KPIs and recommend improvements to increase accuracy and automation
  • Maintain clean, organised spreadsheets and structured workflows across all entities and regions


What You’ll Need

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Finance Operations Analyst or in a similar finance role, ideally within PH BPO or startup environments
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort with structured, repetitive processes
  • High proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel)
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently with a high degree of accountability
  • A proactive, process-driven mindset with a focus on accuracy and consistency
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills


Bonus points for:

  • Experience working across multi-entity or multi-region environments
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Stripe, Xero, or other financial/operational systems
  • Experience creating or maintaining SOPs, or improving operational finance processes
