About The Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and experienced Virtual Assistant to support our AU-based CEO across both professional and personal responsibilities.
You’ll play a critical role in helping our CEO stay efficient and productive by managing day-to-day operations - including scheduling, travel coordination, communication management, and support on key projects to keep everything running smoothly.
This is a fully remote role open to candidates based in the Philippines.
What You'll Own
- Manage the CEO’s inbox, calendar, and meetings to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate travel across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK, including itineraries and logistics.
- Prepare and organise documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
- Communicate on behalf of the CEO with internal teams and external partners.
- Support special projects and business initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Handle confidential information and personal tasks with discretion.
- Assist with organising company meetings and events.
What You’ll Need
- 2+ years’ experience as a Virtual Assistant, Admin Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism.
- Confident using Google Workspace and other productivity tools.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and capable of working independently.
- Availability to work standard Australian East Coast hours (9:00am - 5:30pm AEST).
