We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner specialising in Business recruitment; an individual who is passionate about enabling a product-led organisation by engaging and hiring talented members across all things HR & People, Finance & Accounting, Sales & Commercial and more.
What you will do:
Partner with Talent Partners and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements and identify ideal candidate profiles.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive and active talent using various channels (LinkedIn, Boolean searches, social media, databases, referrals, networking, etc.).
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
Conduct initial outreach and pre-qualification to assess candidate fit and interest.
Leverage market research, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Support employer branding initiatives through online engagement and professional communities.
Collaborate with the recruiting team to continuously improve sourcing tools, processes, and reporting.
