What You’ll Do

• Manage marketing project timelines, sprint boards, and campaign execution

• Coordinate cross-brand workflows across email, SEO, affiliate, and content channels

• Deploy and QA automated email flows in Klaviyo

• Publish and engage on Reddit under brand profiles

• Source and track backlink opportunities to increase domain authority

• Monitor trends, news, and memes to deploy timely marketing responses

• Manage outbound lead generation campaigns and sync with CRM tools

• Oversee affiliate platform operations, creatives, and compliance

What You Bring

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination or project management

• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Reddit, Instantly, or affiliate platforms

• Strong organizational and cross-functional communication skills

• Ability to ship fast, iterate, and meet deadlines consistently

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines

• Experience in digital marketing or campaign deployment

• Comfort working in team-driven, accountability-heavy cultures

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with health, wellness, or CPG brands

• Familiarity with SEO backlink tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, BuzzStream)

• Affiliate or influencer program management experience

• Success in growing Reddit, Discord, or Telegram channels
