What You’ll Do

• Weigh, measure, and blend raw materials according to established formulations and instructions.

• Maintain accurate records of materials, yields, and batch documentation to ensure visibility across teams.

• Verify incoming materials are correct, released, and within approval periods.

• Label, document, and transfer blended products to designated processing areas.

• Partner with Quality Assurance to secure clearances and ensure compliance.

• Keep the blending area clean, organized, and in alignment with company and cGMP standards.

• Collaborate with production leads to adjust product specifications for quality and efficiency.

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).

What You Bring

Minimum Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in blending, baking, or a similar role in a production facility.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs. regularly and stand for extended periods.

• Comfort following precise written and verbal procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a Pharmacy Technician.

• Prior work in regulated manufacturing environments (food, supplements, or pharmaceuticals).

• Familiarity with automation tools, AI-assisted monitoring, or digital tracking systems.

• Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish preferred).

AI Proficiency Expectations

At Diversified Botanics, we integrate digital tools into all roles. In this position, you will:

• Use digital systems for blending documentation and reporting.

• Identify opportunities to automate repeatable tasks.

• Participate in periodic AI fluency training provided by HR and Operations.

Physical Requirements

• Regularly lift 30–50 lbs.

• Frequent standing; occasional walking, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.

• Ability to read instructions, labels, and documentation with precision.

Performance Indicators

Success in this role will be measured by:

• Accuracy of blends and yield documentation.

• Compliance with SOPs, cGMPs, and safety protocols.

• Product consistency and quality.

• Contribution to efficiency and reduction of production errors.
