What You’ll Do

  • Own full commercial execution across the Southeast territory, treating it as a standalone business

  • Translate national sales strategy into disciplined, local market execution

  • Retain and expand existing distributor and key account relationships

  • Develop new customers, channels, and applications across the region

  • Execute territory plans that balance growth, margin discipline, and long-term brand integrity

  • Identify whitespace opportunities and emerging competitive threats early—and act on them

  • Partner cross-functionally to resolve customer issues before they escalate

  • Maintain rigorous CRM usage, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline accountability

  • Represent Diversified Botanics consistently and professionally throughout the Southeast

  • Travel is required and managed independently based on territory priorities

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of field B2B sales experience with multi-state responsibility

  • Proven success managing complex, emerging, or developing markets

  • Strong planning, prioritization, and execution discipline

  • Comfort operating autonomously with clear accountability

  • Alignment with our operating values: integrity, ownership, evidence, accountability, and velocity

This role balances an established customer base with targeted new customer and application development.

This role requires executional strength and independent judgment. Minimum qualifications ensure day-one readiness. Preferred qualifications reflect depth, versatility, and upward potential.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success retaining and expanding B2B accounts

  • Ability to independently manage territory planning, travel, and prioritization

  • Strong communication, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline management discipline

Preferred Qualifications

  • Based in or near Atlanta, GA

  • Experience scaling territories in emerging, regulated, or operationally complex markets

  • Distributor or channel management experience
