What You’ll Do

  • Lead enterprise growth by securing new national retail and distribution partnerships (CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, Target, etc.), expanding Diversified Botanics’ footprint across high-impact channels.

  • Champion category legitimacy—opening executive-level relationships that translate counterculture innovation (CBD, functional botanicals, adaptogens) into commercially credible, compliant, and scalable programs

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that earn trust with senior buyers who balance curiosity with caution. You’ll act as both educator and deal architect—building conviction in a category that demands proof, not hype.

  • Navigate 4–6 month enterprise sales cycles—owning pipeline creation, stakeholder alignment, and contract negotiation from first contact through close.

  • Conduct consultative, insight-driven sales conversations that translate science, compliance, and brand differentiation into measurable ROI for enterprise partners.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Product to ensure a seamless customer experience and long-term partnership success.

  • Maintain disciplined pipeline accuracy, forecasting precision, and transparent reporting that drive clarity and accountability across the business.

  • Represent Diversified Botanics with authority and integrity in a complex, credibility-driven category.

  • Travel: Approximately 25–40% domestically to meet with enterprise accounts, attend strategic meetings, and represent the brand at key industry events.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience with a consistent record of new-logo acquisition and complex deal navigation.

  • Proven success managing multi-stakeholder, multi-month sales cycles within national retail, CPG, wellness, or regulated categories.

  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and commercial logic in emerging markets (CBD, supplements, nutraceuticals, or functional wellness).

  • Expertise in building ROI-driven proposals and presenting commercial logic to senior decision-makers.

  • Strong business and financial acumen; ability to quantify impact and drive strategic alignment.

  • CRM mastery and rigorous pipeline management habits.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Enterprise B2B or national account experience with full ownership of pipeline and quota.

  • Command of structured sales methodologies (Challenger, MEDDIC, SPIN, or Sandler).

  • Excellence in negotiation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling into national retail accounts (CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, Target, etc.).

  • Proven ability to close six- and seven-figure deals in credibility-sensitive or counterculture categories (CBD, supplements, functional wellness, emerging health technologies).

  • Background in growth-stage or challenger brands requiring market education and trust-building.

  • Demonstrated ability to refine and scale enterprise sales processes.
