What You’ll Do
Drive acquisition of new enterprise accounts, focusing on national retailers and distributors (CVS, Walgreens, etc.)
Prospect, cold call, and develop executive-level relationships to open doors for an unfamiliar, high-growth brand
Manage a 4–6 month complex sales cycle from pipeline generation through contract execution
Lead consultative sales conversations with multiple stakeholders and build ROI-driven business cases
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Product to ensure customer success post-close
Track, report, and forecast pipeline activity with precision, ensuring clarity and accountability
Represent Diversified Botanics as a trusted partner in a highly competitive and evolving category
Travel: Approximately 25–40% domestically to meet with enterprise accounts, attend key customer meetings, and represent Diversified Botanics at industry events.

What You Bring
5+ years of enterprise sales experience with a proven record of new logo acquisition
Experience managing 4–6 month sales cycles with national or enterprise-level accounts
Demonstrated ability to prospect, cold call, and close in competitive or unfamiliar categories
Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to build ROI-driven proposals
Success selling into retail, CPG, healthcare, or other complex/regulatory industries preferred
CRM proficiency and disciplined pipeline management skills
Minimum Qualifications
Enterprise B2B or national account sales experience
Ability to independently manage pipeline, quotas, and sales processes
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, MEDDIC, SPIN, Sandler)
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally across departments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling into national retail accounts (CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, Target, etc.)
Track record of closing six-figure+ deals in new or unfamiliar categories
Prior experience in a growth-stage or emerging brand environment
Demonstrated ability to open doors and advance complex enterprise opportunities
History of driving systemic improvements in sales process or execution
