Job Overview

Diversified Botanics is a high-performance wellness company redefining what operational excellence looks like. This is a culture for people who take pride in doing things well, at pace, and as part of a tight-knit team.

What You’ll Do

  • Review, comprehend, and uphold all established specifications, procedures, and quality standards.

  • Perform inspections on raw materials, components, bulk product, in-process production, and finished goods.

  • Document and file inspection results, logs, and monitoring data in compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

  • Communicate required or recommended adjustments to Operations personnel with clarity and urgency.

  • Uphold integrity in all communications, records, and quality assessments.

  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following SOPs and ensuring compliance with cGMP and applicable regulations.

  • Use digital and AI-assisted tools for inspection tracking, data collection, and reporting.

  • Identify opportunities to automate repeatable inspection tasks and participate in AI fluency training programs provided by HR/Operations.

You’ll Thrive Here If You

  • Take pride in precision and believe quality protects both the product and the brand.

  • Operate calmly and consistently under pressure, with zero tolerance for shortcuts.

  • Communicate clearly and factually, documenting issues with rigor and urgency.

  • Treat every inspection as an act of integrity, not routine.

  • Look for ways to strengthen systems rather than simply follow them.

You May Struggle Here If You

  • Need step-by-step direction or resist learning new inspection technologies.

  • Avoid accountability when errors occur or hesitate to raise quality concerns.

  • Prefer repetition to critical thinking or continuous improvement.

  • Wait for permission instead of acting with ownership and urgency.

What You Bring

  • Analytical thinking, active listening, and sound judgment.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Collaborative mindset across Operations, Quality, and cross-functional teams.

  • Acute attention to detail with proven ability to follow precise standards.

  • Proficiency in documentation and communication.

  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift 10–50 lbs when required.

  • Visual acuity for close inspection and detailed recordkeeping.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior quality control experience in dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food manufacturing.
