What You’ll Do

• Execute daily accounts payable workflows including invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations.

• Maintain accurate and timely financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Procurement, and Operations to resolve discrepancies and improve workflows.

• Track and report on key metrics such as aging reports, payment schedules, and vendor performance.

• Identify inefficiencies in AP processes and propose structured improvements with measurable outcomes.

• Model high standards of communication, accountability, and follow-through with internal and external stakeholders.

• Solve problems with urgency and structure — not excuses.

Minimum Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering results in accounts payable or accounting.

• Proficiency with accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or equivalent) and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.

• Consistent track record of meeting deadlines and following through.

• Ability to operate independently while collaborating cross-functionally.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a high-growth, regulated, or founder-led environment.

• Exposure to digital tools, AI platforms, or automation workflows for AP.

• History of proposing and implementing process improvements.

• Familiarity with dashboards and metric tracking for financial reporting.
