What You’ll Do
Manage and execute corporate tax strategies that maximize deductions and optimize overall tax position
Support international structuring initiatives, including Cayman Islands and other cross-border entities
Assist in the development and oversight of captive insurance structures for risk management and tax efficiency
Partner with Finance, Legal, and leadership to align tax planning with corporate objectives, compliance, and IPO readiness
Ensure compliance with U.S. and international tax laws, reporting requirements, and transfer pricing rules
Coordinate with external advisors, auditors, and regulators on complex structuring and planning matters
Strengthen tax processes, controls, and documentation to ensure scalability and audit readiness

What You Bring
7+ years of corporate and international tax experience, ideally including Cayman or other offshore jurisdictions
Strong expertise in U.S. corporate tax, deductions, and entity structuring
Experience working with captive insurance structures preferred
CPA, JD, or LLM in Taxation strongly preferred
Strong judgment, analytical skills, and ability to turn complex issues into clear recommendations

Minimum Qualifications
Demonstrated experience supporting corporate tax planning and international structuring projects
Strong working knowledge of U.S. tax compliance and reporting requirements
Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively across functions
Experience working with external advisors and managing regulatory interactions
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting companies preparing for IPO or other major capital events
Familiarity with Cayman Islands or other low-tax jurisdiction structuring
Exposure to SEC reporting, SOX controls, or institutional audit standards
History of helping scale tax processes in high-growth companies
