Key Responsibilities
- Management of SOC services (IT and OT) for clients, knows the key business processes and specifics of the user with the aim of ensuring the delivery of an optimal solution and the fulfillment of defined standards and metrics
- Advises clients on best practices and emerging trends in cyber security and recommends investments in new tools and technologies
- Coordination and monitoring of service quality for SOC projects
- Communicating with client stakeholders
- Analyzing the clients state of information security on a technical level
- Proposing security improvements for clients on a strategic and technical level
- In case of critical business incidents, participation in the organization and management of the incident
- Defining guidelines for the SOC service, proposing technical and procedural improvements
- Cooperation with the client and internal teams within the company
- Leads SOC service implementation projects (IT and OT) and coordinates available SOC resources
- Assists sales in defining new service/project descriptions for existing SOC customers
- Develops and maintains relationships with strategically important SOC customers
