Sales Development Representative- US Account
Full-time Mid-Senior levelJob Overview
About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, confident, and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growth team. This is a remote role, but you’ll operate in alignment with U.S. business hours. Your mission: open doors, spark conversations, and set high-quality appointments with potential clients in the B2B space. You’ll be the voice and energy of our sales pipeline — creating the first impression that determines everything that follows.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social engagement to identify and qualify potential clients.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for the Account Executive team with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Research target industries and tailor outreach based on company needs and pain points.
- Maintain accurate, organized data in CRM systems and ensure follow-ups are timely and personalized.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine outreach strategy and messaging based on data and feedback.
- Consistently hit — and aim to crush — your KPIs for qualified calls, appointments set, and conversion rates.
Requirements
Requirements
- Fluent in English (C1–C2 level) — you’ll be communicating daily with U.S.-based clients and must sound natural, persuasive, and professional.
- Proven track record in B2B appointment setting and outbound calls — minimum 2 years of solid experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding quotas in a performance-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of outbound sales tools (CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
- Exceptional communication and listening skills — you know when to talk and when to let silence sell.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
- Comfortable with fast-paced environments where agility and adaptation are key.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling SaaS, tech services, or digital marketing solutions.
- Previous experience working with U.S. clients or companies.
- A hunger for growth — the ambition to turn a great SDR performance into a Sales Executive path.
Benefits
100% remote position — work from anywhere that matches U.S. time zones.
Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives.
Ongoing sales training, mentorship, and clear advancement paths.
A results-oriented culture where effort is noticed and outcomes are rewarded.
