Creative Strategist (Remote - Lebanon Based)

Job Overview

About the Role

You will create the campaigns, ideas, hooks, scripts, and creative concepts for clients in Dubai and Saudi Arabia across real estate, F and B, clinics, and service industries.

You will work directly with our media buyer, content producer, and clients to build strong ad concepts that convert.

If you cannot think creatively, articulate ideas clearly, and understand consumer behaviour in GCC markets, do not apply.

Core Responsibilities

1. Ideation and Concept Creation

  • Create campaign angles for ads
  • Write engaging Arabic and English scripts
  • Develop hooks tailored to GCC audiences
  • Create visual direction for shoots
  • Build short-form content ideas

2. Prepare Creative Briefs

  • Clear instructions for the UAE-based producer
  • Shot lists
  • Mood references
  • Storyboards (simple, not cinematic)

3. Client Interaction

  • Join onboarding and creative meetings
  • Present campaign ideas
  • Gather and integrate feedback

4. Support the Media Buyer

  • Provide new creative concepts weekly
  • Analyze performance
  • Identify winning angles
  • Suggest variations to beat ad fatigue

5. Competitor and Market Research

  • Study top-performing UAE and KSA ads
  • Break down why they work
  • Suggest winning patterns
  • Track cultural trends and seasonal shifts

6. Reporting and Documentation

  • Monthly creative performance reports
  • New concepts to test
  • Breakdown of best performing hooks

Ideal Personality

Requirements

1. Must be based in Lebanon

2. Must have excellent Arabic (written and spoken)

3. Must have strong English

4. Must have direct experience creating content or ad concepts for Dubai or Saudi Arabia

5. Must have worked on campaigns for at least two of these industries:

  • real estate
  • restaurants and F and B
  • clinics / aesthetic clinics
  • business setup
  • hospitality

    6. Must understand cultural nuances in GCC advertising

    7. Must have experience writing scripts and creative ideas in Arabic

    8. Must be confident on client calls

    9. Must understand Meta / TikTok short-form trends in GCC

    10. Must provide a real portfolio (not a Canva PDF of theory)

This is a creative direction role, not an admin job or “social media assistant”.
