Job Purpose

We are looking for a highly experienced Network Engineer to design, implement, and optimize large-scale network infrastructures that connect enterprise, retail, and cloud environments. This role requires deep technical expertise in Cisco Meraki, SD-WAN, and Palo Alto solutions, along with the ability to lead architectural decisions and ensure secure, high-performing connectivity across distributed networks.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect enterprise-level network solutions for distributed environments and cloud connectivity.
• Lead the configuration, deployment, and optimization of Cisco Meraki switching and wireless infrastructure.
• Design and implement Cisco SD-WAN solutions for reliable and efficient multi-site connectivity.
• Configure and manage Palo Alto Networks firewalls and Prisma Cloud services to enhance network security.
• Develop scalable routing and switching architectures using BGP, OSPF, and OMP protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between network architecture and operational needs.
• Perform capacity planning, performance analysis, and network health assessments.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including topology diagrams and configuration standards.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to enhance network performance and efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior network engineers.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in network engineering with a focus on design and architecture.
• Advanced proficiency in Cisco Meraki and SD-WAN technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls, Panorama, and security policies.
• Solid understanding of routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, OMP).
• Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure) and hybrid setups.
• Experience using network monitoring and management tools (Meraki Dashboard, SolarWinds, vManage).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Preferred certifications: CCNP, CMNA/CMNO, PCNSA/PCNSE.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience designing and managing retail network environments, including POS systems, guest Wi-Fi, and IoT devices.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust architectures and network segmentation strategies.
• Experience with network automation and scripting (Python, Ansible).
• Proven leadership in driving network modernization and optimization initiatives.
