Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Tableau Dashboard Developer to support our Business Intelligence team in developing, enhancing, and maintaining interactive dashboards. This role focuses on transforming available data into comprehensive engagement and adoption dashboards that provide leadership with clear visibility into application usage, device behavior, object utilization, and new feature adoption trends. The dashboards will support data-driven decision-making by enabling insights across quartiles, baseline comparisons, and performance tracking against defined standards.

Requirements

• Develop, design, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and visualizations that provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence, product, and analytics teams to understand data sources, business needs, and reporting requirements.
• Leverage accessible data to create engagement and adoption dashboards that highlight app usage, device interactions, and feature utilization.
• Incorporate baseline metrics, segmentation logic, and quartile-based analysis into dashboard designs.
• Optimize dashboards for performance, usability, and scalability across multiple user groups.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity throughout dashboard development.
• Partner with management teams to define success criteria and ensure dashboards meet business reporting standards.
• Provide documentation, dashboard walkthroughs, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
• Support ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and troubleshooting of existing dashboards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience developing dashboards using Tableau in a business intelligence or analytics environment.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, relational data structures, and dashboard performance optimization.
• Experience transforming raw data into user-friendly visualizations that support executive insights.
• Proficiency working with metrics, KPIs, segmentation, and baseline vs. performance analysis.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to troubleshoot data inconsistencies and optimize dashboards for better performance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with adoption analytics, usage analytics, or product analytics reporting.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other BI data preparation tools.
• Experience working with enterprise BI teams or large-scale reporting environments.
• Understanding of UX/UI best practices for data visualization.
