Job Purpose
We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Applications Analyst III to design, maintain, and enhance applications that support probation operations. The ideal candidate will combine technical development expertise with strong problem-solving and support skills to ensure the smooth performance and continuous improvement of critical systems.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance, and maintain probation-related applications and databases.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, design, and implement system improvements.
- Monitor application performance, diagnose issues, and implement timely fixes.
- Document system configurations, processes, and support procedures.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and version upgrades of probation systems.
- Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and operational policies.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in application development and technical support.
- Proficiency in programming languages, frameworks, and database management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in system maintenance, performance tuning, and user support.
- Familiarity with probation, justice, or government systems is preferred.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
