Designation: Strategic Account Manager
Location: Mumbai

Key Rsponsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities by prospecting and evaluating relevant entities.
- Ensure timely renewal of all existing accounts while maintaining service levels and managing escalations both internally and externally.
- Deliver pitches and presentations to senior-level bankers and corporates, showcasing the bank’s suite of products.
- Achieve set sales targets for Business Information Reports (BIR) and Project Appraisal Services (PAS).
- Own assigned accounts from lead generation through to final delivery of service offerings.
- Organize and attend theme-based events targeting banks as part of the customer acquisition strategy.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to consistently meet set targets.
- Report all sales activities regularly and operate within the company’s compliance framework.
Key Requirements:
- MBA in Finance or Marketing.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in new business development and corporate client relationship management, preferably with companies in credit ratings, consulting, or advisory services.
- Knowledge of trade finance and other banking products would be preferred.
- Willingness to travel within the city.
