Job Overview

What we do

Join a team of passionate and hardworking entrepreneurs to transform healthcare!

Working in the product team at Doctolib involves building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients. We work in feature teams in an agile environment, while collaborating with engineering, design, and business teams.

What you’ll do

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Platform domain, which empowers engineers to accelerate innovation with Generative AI (GenAI) and Developer Experience (DevEx) products

The Platform domain mission is to build and maintain the common building blocks of our system with a "Platform as a Product" mindset. We abstract and simplify the use of these complex, critical components, enabling product teams to focus on their core mission: building products faster for healthcare professionals and patients.

You will lead high‑impact product initiatives that improve engineering efficiency, accelerate tech modernization, and raise the bar on software and system quality—balancing rapid iteration with robust governance, security, and compliance.

As a Senior Product Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Define and execute the AI platform strategy to empower engineering teams with intelligent development tools
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to identify opportunities where AI and LLM technologies can accelerate development processes
  • Partner with data science and AI research teams to translate cutting-edge AI capabilities into practical engineering solutions
  • Drive the roadmap for AI-powered developer tools, focusing on code generation, automated testing, and intelligent debugging
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of AI tools on engineering productivity and code quality
  • Stay current with the latest AI/LLM developments and assess their potential application within our engineering ecosystem

About our tech environment

  • Our solutions are built on a single fully cloud-native platform that supports web and mobile app interfaces, multiple languages, and is adapted to the country and healthcare specialty requirements. To address these challenges, we are modularizing our platform run in a distributed architecture through reusable components.
  • Our stack is composed of Rails, TypeScript, Java, Python, Kotlin, Swift, and React Native.
  • We leverage AI ethically across our products to empower patients and health professionals. Discover our AI vision here and learn about our first AI hackathon here!

Who you are

Are you convinced you have what it takes? We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every requirement. You could be our next team mate if you:
  • You have at least 5+ years of product management experience, with demonstrated success in technical product environments
  • You possess deep expertise in AI and LLM technologies, with hands-on understanding of their capabilities and limitations
  • You are fluent in English and French at C1 level or above
  • You always put the user in the center of your work and want to be close to them
  • You are ambitious to transform healthcare with an entrepreneurial mindset
Now, it would be fantastic if you:
  • You think global/act local and are used to working in an international environment
  • You have experience building developer tools or platform products
  • You have worked with engineering teams in implementing AI solutions at scale
