Office Coordinator
Job Overview
We’re looking for a highly motivated and proactive Office Coordinator to join our team in Milan and support the smooth running of our daily operations. You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring everything in the office flows effortlessly - from helping with administrative tasks to creating a great environment for the whole team.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and coordinate office supplies, deliveries, and maintenance requests
- Organize and maintain office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency
- Support planning and organization of internal events and team activities
- Welcome visitors and assist with the set up of meeting rooms when needed
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist with travel arrangements
- Manage hardware and software assets
- Ensure the office space is tidy, functional, and a pleasant place to work
- Support day-to-day administrative duties and internal communications
Requirements
What you have:
- At least 1 year of experience in office management or a similar role
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- A down-to-earth, collaborative, and problem-solving attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluency in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus)

We offer a competitive salary, as well as an opportunity to receive company equity. The typical salary for this role ranges between € 30.000 and € 38.000. As you gain experience and make more significant contributions to the business, your compensation will be reviewed to match your impact.
