We are hiring a Project Manager in the Medical Devices industry

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead engineering projects that drive innovation, ensure compliance, and strengthen operational excellence across R&D, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects that support manufacturing processes and continuous improvement.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, EU MDR, and other applicable regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with regulatory, quality, and operations teams to achieve aligned project outcomes.
• Mentor junior engineers, provide technical guidance, and present progress updates to leadership.

Requirements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project or Program Management within the Medical Devices industry.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (minimum B2).
• Strong background in risk management, process validation, and regulatory documentation.
• Proven ability in conflict resolution and problem solving.
• Preferred: experience in process or product transfers.
• Bonus: PMP certification and/or MBA.
