About the Role
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Commercial team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and organizing business-related data—such as sales figures, market studies, and logistics—to ensure accuracy and quality, enabling data-driven decision-making in both aeronautical and non-aeronautical business areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, andactionable insights.
- Maintain and update databases, dashboards, and reporting systems.
- Cleanse and validate data, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Prepare business cases, reports, and presentations for senior management.
- Monitor industry trends (local, national, and global) and provide recommendations based on internal and external benchmarks.
- Conduct statistical analysis on passengers, airlines, and commercial sales.
- Support the commercial team by gathering and preparing market information.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year in a similar position (airport industry experience preferred).
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced Excel and Power BI (Dashboard creation and reporting)
- PowerPoint for professional presentations
- Knowledge of industry tools such as Sabre, OAG, and IATA services (a plus)
- Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, INTE B5, ISO 50001) is desirable
- Languages: Advanced oral and written English (required).
