Responsibilities
- Lead a team of executives in your region to drive technology adoption in hospitals.
- Achieve additional business through upselling/cross-selling Dozee solution
- Understanding hospital’s workflow and fitting Dozee solution in it
- Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, etc. for nurses, doctors and patients Develop strong relationships and brand recall with customers
- Resolve operations escalations in hospitals, with the help of operations executive
- Create opportunities for brand marketing and presence in hospitals
- Ensure payments are done on time by partner hospitals
- Regularly update the management and sales team on device usage
Requirement
- 2+ years of experience in field sales or operations within the healthcare, hospitals, or medical devices industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
- Business acumen with a results-driven mindset.
- Willingness to travel extensively to hospitals.
- Excellent relationship-building and client management skills.
- Proven experience in team leadership.
