Responsibilities
- Leading IT and physical security teams and ensuring operational excellence
- Managing end-to-end IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, firewalls, and systems
- Ensuring reliable hardware, software, and end-user support across the organization
- Managing IT asset lifecycle from acquisition to disposal
- Developing, implementing, and updating physical security policies and procedures
- Conducting risk assessments and physical security audits
- Coordinating with building management to maintain a secure working environment
- Following new technologies and integrating them into our company
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in IT operations and physical security management
- Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure, including networking, firewalls, and VPNs
- Experience with access control, CCTV surveillance, alarm, and other physical security systems
- Experience in both macOS and Windows ecosystems
- Strong leadership and crisis management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion and interest in games
- Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
