  • You will be responsible for identifying and securing candidates for licensing and alliances to address portfolio gaps and launch line extensions for existing brands.
  • You will be responsible for conducting market research, attending conferences, and monitoring competitor portfolios and proposals from drug development companies to identify opportunities.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating with experts to evaluate products under consideration for acquisition, licensing, distribution, localization, or other collaborations.
  • You will be responsible for preparing comprehensive business cases for potential projects and aligning them with internal stakeholders.
  • You will be responsible for contributing to the finalization of term sheets and agreements, ensuring commercial viability.
  • You will be responsible for leading strategic projects, including planning, resource allocation, progress tracking, and maintaining documentation.
  • You will be responsible for monitoring deal profitability and raising timely alarms to renegotiate key commercial terms with partners as needed.
  • You will be responsible for proactively identifying risks in projects and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies toensure successful outcomes.
