Job Overview

  • Providing various services required for all departments.
  • Ensure timely & quick response towards machine breakdown(Electrical & Mechanical.
  • To ensure cleaning and 5s in area.
  • To ensure safety in the area.
  • Ensure optimum utilization of all engineering resources with minimum down time and cost.
  • Suggestions and implementation of cost-effective modification in existing system / equipment for improvement in process / productivity with quality.
  • Technical evaluation of new equipment for procurements.
  • Execution for installation and commissioning of new equipment’s along with related documentation like DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ etc. in coordination with CFT’s.
  • Preparation, execution and compliance of maintenance activities as per requirement.
  • Inventory management to minimize equipment down time.
  • Implementation of automation and improvement for greater compliance work simplification and increase in operational efficiency.
  • To perform self-audit in department and follow up and ensure safety compliance.
  • To follow for total productive maintenance program.
  • Local vendor development.
  • Conservation of energy to its optimum level by implementation of energy conservation measure.
  • Annual budgeting for the engineering department based on trends analysis with forecasting and controlling the expenses within the approved budget.
  • Follow up for job work with outside and in house vendors.
