**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Drive strategy and execution for 3-4 key indications within the immunotherapy portfolio, ensuring alignment with Annual Operating Plan and revenue targets.
- Partner with the medical team to develop comprehensive indication positioning strategies and create discussion guides for the sales force to enhance product knowledge and competitive positioning.
- Develop and deliver training programs for the sales team, including product manuals and competency assessments, conducted at regular intervals to ensure consistent messaging and effective rebuttals.
- Lead branding and promotional initiatives by conducting market research, defining positioning strategies, and collaborating with advertising agencies to execute integrated marketing campaigns that support business objectives.
- Identify, design, and execute Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs by engaging key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals, fostering strong relationships that enhance brand visibility and credibility in the market.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance metrics to inform strategic decisions and optimize portfolio performance.
- Manage allocated budgets effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost control across all brand initiatives.
