About the role


We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Analyst with 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally gained in investment banking, investments, or corporate development. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling, and possess impeccable English communication skills. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can deliver actionable insights, support strategic decision-making, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


What you'll do

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
  • Analyze financial results, variances, and trends, providing in-depth commentary and recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial data, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for executive leadership, utilizing advanced Excel features and clear, persuasive written communication.
  • Support strategic initiatives including M&A analysis, investment appraisals, and scenario modeling.
  • Continuously improve processes and tools to drive efficiency and enhance decision support capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in FP&A, investment banking, investments, or corporate development.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling techniques.
  • Experience with NetSuite; bonus points for familiarity with the NetSuite Planning & Budgeting module (NSPB).Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Impeccable English verbal and written communication abilities; able to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong understanding of FP&A best practices across management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, with the ability to implement scalable and repeatable processes.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to excellence.
  • Familiarity with software and subscription revenue models and metrics.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines, have a strong sense of ownership (“the buck stops with me” mentality), with strong teamwork skills.
