As a Payroll Coordinator, you will support payroll operations, EVV processing, and caregiver support to help ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. You will work closely with caregivers, payroll, billing, HR, and operational teams to resolve payroll discrepancies, maintain accurate records, and support day-to-day payroll operations.
This is a process-driven role focused on payroll coordination, EVV processing, record maintenance, compliance, and payroll support within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- EVV Processing & Payroll Support: Review, reconcile, and process EVV records to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Caregiver Support & Customer Service: Assist caregivers with payroll questions, EVV issues, app navigation, scheduling concerns, and payroll-related policies.
- Payroll Coordination & Documentation: Maintain payroll records, audit trails, payroll adjustments, and supporting documentation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with payroll, billing, HR, and operational teams to support payroll accuracy and alignment.
- Problem Resolution & Compliance: Research discrepancies, resolve payroll and EVV issues, and support compliance and audit processes.
- Operational Support: Assist with payroll-related reporting, projects, data accuracy initiatives, and administrative support tasks.
