We are looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to join our collaborative, vibrant, and fast-growing team. Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with decision makers, fleet managers, and system users, and manage all services related to assigned key accounts

  • Establish strong rapport and trust through proactive and consistent engagement

  • Understand client needs and identify new business opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

  • Handle and resolve customer enquiries or issues across all communication channels, ensuring proper follow-up through to final resolution within agreed timelines

  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet clients’ business objectives

  • Identify and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention by exceeding customer expectations

  • Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, or equivalent relevant industry experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, aftersales support, or account management in B2B

  • Proficient communication skills in English and Mandarin. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels

  • Tech-savvy and computer literate, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems

  • High-energy team player who can also work independently

  • Willing to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur and travel nationwide for fieldwork as required
