What do we want?

We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Chef to join our Wild Café kitchen team at Bedruthan Hotel. You’ll be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality breakfast dishes that delight our guests and reflect our commitment to fresh, local ingredients. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced morning environment and takes pride in their culinary craft.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Prepare and cook breakfast dishes to a high standard.

· Ensure food is presented beautifully and served promptly.

· Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen.

· Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver a smooth breakfast service.

· Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering as needed.

· Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in a professional kitchen (breakfast service preferred).

· Food hygiene certification (Level 2 or above desirable).

· Culinary training or relevant experience.

· Strong communication and teamwork.

· Attention to detail and pride in presentation.

· Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
