Mechanical Maintenance Instructor – Angola

ISS International S.p.A. is looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Instructor for an onshore Oil & Gas project in Angola, within a high-standard HSE industrial environment.

Job Description:
The role involves delivering classroom and on-the-job training to local maintenance personnel, focusing on mechanical equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and safe work practices in accordance with project procedures and OEM guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as Mechanical Maintenance Instructor or Senior Mechanical Technician in Oil & Gas plants

• Strong knowledge of rotating and static equipment (pumps, compressors, valves, piping)

• Familiarity with maintenance procedures, CMMS, and HSE standards

• Good communication and training skills

• English working proficiency

Job Details:

• Location: Angola – Onshore (camp accommodation provided)

• Duration: 3 months

• Rotation: 60 days on / 15 days off

• Working time: 10 hours/day – 6 days/week

• Availability: Immediate
