Operations Lead

We’re on the hunt for an Operations Lead. Are you passionate about maintaining and improving the daily operations of a business, coordinating across IT, Data, Franchise Support, Facilities and other departments? As an Operations Lead, you will take ownership of our operational infrastructure, including sales platforms, technology, software and nationwide franchise operations. You will be responsible for improving distribution processes to meet business goals, applying technology and AI to reduce cost of sale, supporting strategic and business-as-usual initiatives, and managing rollout of projects with clear ROI projections.
If you have the following:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Operations, IT, Science or Business Management
- Five to ten years of experience in operational leadership roles
- Experience in project management and implementing new systems and technology
- A history of leading teams and delivering measurable improvements
