About the role
As Senior Project Manager at Reach for Change, you will lead the end-to-end planning, design, and implementation of projects. You will be responsible for budget planning, monitoring, and control, ensuring high-quality delivery within agreed timelines, scope and resources. Working closely with local and global teams, you will provide hands-on project leadership and strategic coordination, while driving continuous improvement and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

We were co-founded by successful entrepreneurs in the non-profit and business sectors in 2010, and since then we have supported more than 2,000 social entrepreneurs in 18 countries across three continents.
Key Responsibilities:
Overall Project & Program Management:
Oversee the high-quality delivery of projects from start to finish.
Manage all project activities, including project development and capacity-building support, within budget and in line with financial policies.
Organize events, webinars and other meetings in cooperation with partners for social entrepreneurs and other stakeholders.
Manage partner relations and communications, including developing and sharing content, updates, and materials either directly or in collaboration with the communications team, to ensure clear, timely, and effective engagement with project partners.
Monitor, evaluate and report on the outcomes of program(s) in cooperation with the Global Program Team, ensuring continuous improvement and maximizing impact.
Provide monthly budget and forecast updates to the Project Controller to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and resources are optimized.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners in Sweden.
Lead the preparation and delivery of final project reports.
Other Responsibilities:
Share knowledge, best practices, and experiences across functions and markets to support Reach for Change as a learning organization.
Promote a collaborative culture and efficient resource sharing across all teams, reinforcing the ‘One Reach for Change’ ethos.
Continuously develop expertise in social entrepreneurship and innovation.
Education & Experience:
We expect you to tick off some of the below:
Experience from similar positions in project management.
A university degree in a related field, e.g. business administration & development, social entrepreneurship, political science, or similar.
Experience from work/volunteering within the philanthropic/non-profit, public or business sector will be an advantage.
Knowledge and experience of local ecosystems and political structures will be an advantage.
Experienced user of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace and ability to quickly understand and use web-based applications and platforms.
Professional proficiency in Swedish and English is a requirement.
