Job Overview

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Quality Assurance & Content Specialist to support the quality, performance, and content accuracy of their digital products across selected markets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for testing product functionality, verifying content accuracy, analysing competitors, and identifying opportunities to enhance user experience and platform performance.

Previous experience in the iGaming sector is not required; however, the successful candidate must be comfortable working within the iGaming industry environment.


Key Responsibilities

Product Quality Assurance

  • Test product features including deposit flows, withdrawal processes, and gameplay functionality

  • Verify platform performance across different devices and user journeys

  • Ensure all website content is accurate, clear, and aligned with internal standards

  • Follow structured testing procedures provided by the business

  • Identify and report bugs, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities

Payments & Competitor Benchmarking

  • Analyse deposit and withdrawal flows across the client’s platforms and competitor websites

  • Evaluate different payment methods and user experience journeys

  • Compare payment processes including speed, UX, limits, and communication

  • Prepare structured reports highlighting insights and recommendations

Translations & Content

  • Review and proofread translated content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and appropriate tone

  • Support content creation in line with brand guidelines

  • Ensure website content is correct and appropriate for the target markets

Competitor Research & Website Improvements

  • Conduct competitor analysis on features, promotions, UX, and content strategies

  • Identify industry trends and potential opportunities for improvement

  • Provide structured recommendations to enhance the website experience and customer journey

Telegram Community Research

  • Identify and analyse leading Telegram communities in target markets

  • Evaluate communication style, tone, messaging structure, and engagement approaches


Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to produce structured reports and insights

  • Excellent written communication skills

  • Comfortable testing websites, digital platforms, and user flows

  • Ability to work independently and follow structured processes

  • Availability to work within CET hours

  • Comfortable working within the iGaming industry


Nice to Have

  • Experience in Quality Assurance, product testing, or content review

  • Background in competitor analysis or market research

  • Experience managing or analysing Telegram or social media communities
