Clinical Site Engagement and Recruitment Lead

TFS HealthScience is a leading global mid size Contract Research Organization partnering with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout their entire clinical development journey. Our expertise spans full service clinical development, strategic resourcing, and Functional Service Provider solutions.

We are now looking for a Clinical Site Engagement and Recruitment Lead to join our SRS FSP team. In this role, you will drive site engagement and patient recruitment strategies to ensure timely enrollment and high quality study execution across assigned clinical trials.

As part of our SRS FSP team, you will be fully dedicated to one global pharmaceutical company, supporting clinical operations and acting as a key point of contact for sites and CRO partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive site engagement and patient recruitment strategies to meet or exceed enrollment targets
• Support feasibility, study start up, execution, and close out activities in collaboration with cross functional teams
• Act as a key point of contact for sites and CROs, proactively identifying and resolving recruitment and performance challenges
• Monitor recruitment metrics, screening failures, drop out rates, and inactive sites, implementing mitigation plans when needed
• Support quality oversight activities including monitoring visit report review, audit readiness, and inspection support
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investigators and high performing sites
• Contribute to site training, communication plans, and recruitment material review and approval
• Provide operational expertise and support to clinical teams to optimize study delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of clinical research experience
• Prior experience as a Clinical Research Associate is required
• Strong understanding of ICH GCP and clinical trial processes across study start up and execution
• Proven experience in site engagement and recruitment management is highly desirable
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel approximately 40 to 50 percent
