Digital Advertising Specialist
Job Overview
This position is responsible for setting up, optimizing, and reporting on digital advertising campaigns for Earthlink’s clients. This position is primarily focused on paid search ads within the Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other digital media advertising platforms. Campaigns will also include retargeting, display, and video ads. This position includes 25% strategy, budget allocation, client communication, and 75% hands-on research, implementation, optimization, and reporting on campaigns.
Job Duties:
Setup and ongoing optimization and management of PPC/Digital Advertising campaigns for multiplebrands
Management of ad budgets, A/B testing ad creatives, keyword research, setting up audiences, andoptimizing for conversions and KPIs
Manage the process of budget and settlement with finance team
Analysis of campaign data and reporting on recommendations and strategy on a monthly basis
Management of ad budgets, text ad creative, and keyword research
Perform digital advertising audits
Manage multiple accounts and tasks with an effective resolution of conflicting priorities
Actively collaborate with Earthlink communication and marketing teams and account managers toalign digital advertising campaigns with other ongoing initiatives
Ensure implementation of best practice guidelines and follow company processes
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social mediaand display advertising campaigns
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROIand KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiplechannels and customer touchpoints
Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Requirements
BA in Marketing, Business Administration, public administration, advertisement, or any related field.
MBA is preferred.
Minimum 4 Years in corporate communication field.
