Job Overview
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for handling the administration of marketing material, promotion material, brochures, coordinating with different vendors for orders and receipts as well as arranging meetings and follow up on tasks.
Job Duties:
- Handle all administrative needs of the marketing department in terms of preparing campaigns, materials, pricing lists, brochures…etc.
- Handle archiving of marketing data, files, invoices…etc.
- Handle tickets and requests coordination to ensure marketing department meets SLAs.
- Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
- Keep promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
- Support sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information.
- Plan meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists.
- Monitor budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
- Arrange meetings and follow up with different teams on deliverables to meet deadlines.
- Handle all requests related to developing brochures, marketing material, coordinating with vendors.
Requirements
Minimum BA in Marketing.
0-1 Year Experience in Marketing or CRM strategy Field.
