Jr. UX User Researcher

Jr. UX User Researcher is curious, analytical, and critical-thinking Junior User Researcher to join our design team and help us better understand the needs of our users and stakeholders, bridging the gap between user insights and marketing strategy.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about understanding human behavior, aligning stakeholder goals with user needs, filtering requirements, and willing to learn various research methodologies and usability testing techniques while contributing to data-driven design decisions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Marketing, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.

0-2 years of user research experience.

Strong interest in understanding human behaviors.

Basic knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods.

Proficiency in basic research tools (Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, Note-taking apps,etc.).

Excellent communication and active listening skills.

Ability to gather and clarify requirements from stakeholders.

Basic understanding of design thinking principles.

Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for learning new skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with User Research tools (Optimal Workshop, UXtweak, etc.).

Experience with User Behavior Analytics Tools (Microsoft Clarity, UXCam, etc.).

Familiarity with usability heuristics and accessibility principles.

Basic understanding of product development processes.

Knowledge of research ethics and best practices.
