Job Duties:
Customer Acquisition and Lead Generation
· Develop and implement customer acquisition campaigns across digital, offline, and partnership channels.
· Conduct market research and analyze competitor strategies to refine lead generation efforts.
· Collaborate with sales and product teams to optimize the customer onboarding experience.
Customer Retention and Churn Management
· Execute targeted retention programs to increase customer satisfaction and reduce churn.
· Utilize customer feedback and behavioral analytics to refine retention initiatives.
· Work closely with customer service teams to identify pain points and enhance user experience.
Loyalty and Engagement Initiatives
· Assist in the creation and management of customer loyalty programs to enhance long-term engagement.
· Develop innovative reward structures based on customer segmentation and behavioral patterns.
· Measure and optimize the effectiveness of engagement campaigns using data analytics.
Customer Value Management (CVM) and Personalization
· Leverage data analytics to create personalized marketing campaigns aimed at high-value customer segments.
· Support cross-sell and upsell initiatives through targeted offers and promotions.
Identify patterns in customer behavior to optimize engagement strategies.
Pricing Strategy and Competitive Analysis
· Assist in formulating pricing models to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
· Conduct market price benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning.
· Provide insights on the impact of pricing changes on customer acquisition and revenue.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
4 Years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on customer engagement.
