We are looking for a Junior Account Executive to manage and close our Rated Pipeline. This role focuses on high-conversion opportunities, consisting primarily of referrals and inbound inquiries.
Your responsibility would be to ensure the acquisition of new suppliers in the assigned territory in order to grow the EV network of assessed companies, boost response rates, and drive value throughout the EcoVadis onboarding experience.
You are a trusted advisor and can influence everything the prospect touches in their first (and future) experience with us. You will manage high volumes with low average contract values. This is where you actively help us to transform how modern supply chains work and create value for businesses, planet & society. This position interacts with all EcoVadis customers (buyers & suppliers) as well as multiple business units internally to provide high touch service that respects the relationship of the customers to EcoVadis and is a true EcoVadis ambassador.
- Value Based Selling of the EcoVadis Rating: Engage with prospects across the Benelux and UK markets via high-frequency phone, email, and webinars to challenge the status quo and increase response rates by articulating the strategic business value of EcoVadis Sustainability Ratings, ultimately driving them to adopt our solution.
- Pipeline Mastery and Hunting mentality: Proactively nurture your assigned lead pool to maximize conversion rates and revenue. Identify "high-value" prospects within your portfolio and engage them with customized, sales-led outreach.
- Consultative Objection Handling: Act as a CSR expert to mitigate risks and dismantle barriers to the EcoVadis evaluation process.
- Commercial Autonomy: Manage your tasks efficiently while maintaining the commercial awareness to spot new business opportunities proactively.
- KPI Accountability: Own your results across key metrics, including conversion rates, outbound call volume, and pipeline velocity.
- Reporting and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Capture and record internal and customer-sourced insights and proactively report to Team Leader, Management and other EcoVadis BU’s (Sales, Customer Success, etc) to bridge gaps.
