As Dialler Manager, you will oversee the management and optimization of the dialler system to ensure efficient and effective campaign performance. The primary goal of the Dialler Manager is to maximize agent productivity and campaign performance through effective management of the dialler system.

If you have the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Proficiency in dialler systems such as Aspect, Five9, or similar platforms.

  • Understanding of outbound call center operations, including dialing regulations and compliance requirements.
