GROUPS & EVENTS INTERN ( HBO )

As a Groups & Events Intern you will work in a dynamic environment, no two days are the same! During this internship you will be the telephone contact for all guests who have questions about their reservations or special requests. It's up to you to manage both individual reservations and reservations for large groups. Are there any specific wishes? Then you carry them out! In addition, you will support the Groups & Events Manager in planning and checking commissions.

Fully trained and ready for more challenges? During this internship you will get to know all aspects of the Groups & Events department. For example, you will be introduced to the financial side and learn more about how we regulate our income and costs. In addition, during your internship you will get the chance to get to know all other departments within the hotel through cross-training. In short, a truly versatile internship!
