ROOM DIVISION MANAGEMENT TRAINEE ( HBO )

As a Rooms Division Management Intern,

you are closely involved with the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Technical Department. On a daily basis, you assist the Front Office team with their routine tasks, such as checking guests in and out, and you support the Housekeeping team by carrying out quality inspections. In addition, you critically review the procedures of both departments and suggest ideas to improve them.

During your internship, you will learn everything about the ins and outs of the Front Office and Housekeeping, and you will also act as a Duty Manager.

As Duty Manager, you learn all about safety procedures, handling complaints, and room‑related operational issues. You are responsible for everything that happens in your departments during your shift.
