Shift Leader Banqueting

As a Shift Leader in our Banqueting team, you play a key role in delivering exceptional meetings, celebrations, and events for our guests. You ensure that every room is set up perfectly according to the event requirements, and you lead your team in creating a seamless experience from start to finish.

Preparation is essential in this role. You make sure every detail is arranged, every setup is correct, and every team member knows their responsibilities. During events, you coordinate the workflow, support your colleagues, and step in where needed to keep everything running smoothly.

When the event schedule allows, you also assist other departments such as breakfast, lunch, or dinner service. You are proactive, organized, and confident in managing both your time and your team. Planning, communication, and leadership come naturally to you.
