Job Overview

As a Reservations Agent, you are the first point of contact for guests who reach out via phone, email, or messaging. You are responsible for the entire process from the moment a guest makes a reservation or submits a request to book, all the way until the guest arrives at the hotel.

You handle various administrative tasks such as preparing quotations, processing cancellations or modifications, and managing complaints. Attention to detail is important—you carefully check payments and ensure smooth, clear communication with guests.

Within the Reservations department, you will be given a lot of responsibility and will be expected to switch quickly between tasks. Because you work for several hotels, you’ll experience plenty of variety and challenge. Your main workplace is the Support Office at Leonardo Hotel Amsterdam Rembrandtpark, where the team works in a 50/50 hybrid model (office / remote).

Leonardo Hotels operates in the Benelux and has 29 hotels. The employees at our Support Office carry out work related to their expertise for all of these hotels. Sales, Marketing, Revenue, Finance, and Human Resources are all centralized and work across all hotels in the Benelux.

A fixed workplace? Not here! Team members regularly visit different hotels and occasionally work at the Support Office located at Leonardo Hotel Amsterdam Rembrandtpark. No day looks the same, making the work varied and exciting! Experience with Opera PMS? That’s a great plus!
