Enrolment Specialist

Join our team as an Enrolment Specialist at Education Perfect! We’re looking for tech-savvy individuals with a strong understanding of Excel who can thrive both independently and as part of a team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with spreadsheets, streamline data and quickly pick up new skills in a fast paced environment.

We are looking to hire 2 people for a full time, fixed term position to support us over our school registration season from 12th January 2026 until 13th March 2026, working from our EPHQ in Dunedin. 

What you will do in the role

• Format and organise spreadsheets efficiently
• Enter data accurately into our system
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet targets
• Learn new skills and processes quickly
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems

About you

• Competency in Microsoft Excel and excellent attention to detail
• Have a high level of computer literacy and able to pick up new tools and processes quickly 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional manner, consistently calm under pressure
• An interest in K-12 education and/or EdTech would be highly advantageous
